I have currently a cpu only loop, to keep things simple i want to know if my D5 can do a HK 5870 block + HK 3.0 + UD5 EK Mobo kit + 1 triple rad + 1 dual rad + fittings mostly BP 45s and 90s none of them are angled.

It should be fine, I'm running my loop off a single MCP355 with no problem and the D5 has higher flow than that. You've got a bit more rad than me but that shouldn't make much difference.
