im doing a full upgrade is my current psu up to the job which is a: "Tagan TG480-U01 480W ATX2.0 SLi Compliant Silent PSU (CA-000-TG)"

The machines use will be heavy gaming and I plan on overclocking the system, if my current psu is not suitable then please can you make any reccommendations?

It'd handle it, but i'd prefer the Enermax Liberty 500W or the S12 430W.

The Gigabyte 965 DS3 is a fair bit cheaper and a good overclocker as well. Go for the lower latency RAM too.

what is the matter with my current ram? what lower latency ram can you reccommend? do you think i have made the right choices with my upgrade.

on a side note I have chosen to use the xp120 along with a socket 775 adapter bracket instead of the original zalman cooler, is this ok?
