is my PSU good enough?

i'm not too familiar with that PSU, but i'd rather not even hook it up to either of those cards, since those cards are very power hungry. just my 2 nickles. 🙂

I have never heard of Task. http://www.jonnyguru.com/ click on the link for finding out who builds a PSU in the tutorial section. This will give you/us a basic idea of what to expect from a Task unit. Post it here once you identify it's OEM. You will need the UL number.
I looked at the Task home page and I do believe they just build cases.

the UL no is E239028

it seems that the oem is ANDYSON INTERNATIONAL CO LTD and from here,
http://www.jonnyguru.com/SMPS_UL.htm
i found out they make Hiper, Aerocool, Sunbeamtech...

Andyson is capable of buiding VG power units if speced as such. Even thier lesser builds are not to be considered 'bad'.
I think your good to go dreamx.

Your unit is of the older revision...It's only 74% efficient and the 5V rail has high wattage. The 12V rails should meet your needs.
