Is my PSU good enough to run a X1950 Pro AGP on my system?

So i'm quite tempted to pick up a X1950 Pro AGP right now. I've found a few used ones for sale for a good price, and an online store has one for a good price for the next hour or so...

My current system is as follows
Enermax 550W according to the sticker it has 1 12V rail but 36A for it
I have 4 HDs (all IDE)
a P4C 2.8 ghz @ 3.2 ghz running max vcore which is 1.585v or something like that.
Everything else is default for settings, PCI/AGP bus is locked to 33.3/66.6 mhz
2 DVD roms (one is a writer)
Slienx case fans x 5
Air cooled, nothing fancy.

it should be fine, when it comes to X1950Pro AGP's you really need a minimum of 30A on the 12v to ensure that the Video card will live, anything less isn't reccommended.
