I am building a new system, with an e2160, a gigabyte p35 ds3l, 2gb of ram, 1 hdd, 1 dvd burner.

It is 400 watts, 16 and 18 amps on the 12v rails, and combined its capped at 28a.
I am wondering if it's enough to run the system I am considering. Thank you for your time.
