Is my PSU dead?

So my PC was in sleep, and later i tried to bring it out and nothing happened. Noticed the power LED wasn't flashing so hit power and nothing. Checked the cables and plug, all ok. Checked the main power cables going into the motherboard, they seemed fine.

The motherboard LED isn't lit up, nor is there any power going through the USB's.

The motherboard is brand new, just a few weeks old. Rest of PC is a few years old.

PSU is a 620W modular Corsair.

I'm hoping all signs point to it being the PSU dead, as I would like to quickly get a new one ordered for monday morning.
