Is my power supply strong enough for my cpu/mobo upgrade?

I'm upgrading my 4800x2/Dfi-UltraD computer, which I currently I have an OCZ 520w psu .

My upgraded rig will be the following, including new mobo/cpu/ram:

Gigabyte p35-dq6 (w/PC8500)
E6750 (@3.5-3.7ghz)
Geforce 6800xt, dual 20" monitors @ 1600x1200 ea.
3 300gb hd's
3 120mm fans
2 intel gigabit nics

This is my work computer so stability is very important, and it also won't be used for any gaming.

I'm hoping a new psu won't be necessary, good ones are so darn expensive.

I just came across this PSU calculator linked in this thread and it comes up with a 'recommended PSU wattage' of 402 watts given my components, altho its only the 'Lite' version of the calculator and doesn't breakdown the results by each voltage rail.

I take those psu calcs with a grain of salt. Your current psu is more than adequate, and your rig should pull less than 200w under full load.

stability? then you clearly need this beauty made for "ultimate stability.

lol, sorry, i just stumbled across that and found it funny. funnier still is that it's OOS. i wonder if they ever stcoked them or if people actually bought them :p

but yeah, what John said except you'll use more than 200w. but you're still fine with your ocz 520.

That is pretty silly. I guess some people have money to burn... err cool.

Thx for the feedback. I'm relieved - I'm already beyond my initial budget.

I seem to remember the current sys higher usage than that when I had my killowatt, but am not sure if that included physical monitors and broadband modems as well etc. (at the time I was gaging everything for a ups.)

Actually, according to this review, it loses stability at high loads:
Cons:
AC ripple too high on +12V outputs at higher loads
...not that I'd have anything close to a 'high load' on a 1200w psu. :p
