Is my power supply overloaded?

I have a FongKai 603 case, with their 250W Athlon approved PS.

I recently added a 10,000 RPM SCSI HD and an Alpha HS/FAN. SYstem seems to be less stable now, weird random lockups sometimes. I think my PS is overloaded, used to be 100% stable with a 15GB 75GXP

Could someone take a look at my MB Monitor readouts

I guess its kinda overloaded so I will be probably be getting a new Antec SX830 w/ their P303X 300watt PS.

Here's my system loadout:
P3 550E@733 1.6V
Soyo 6BA+IV
Adaptec 19160
18GB IBM 36LZX 10,000RPM HD
Plextor 40Xmax
Plextor 8/20X
Voodoo 3 2000
Intel Pro 100S NIC
SB Live Value

Possibly, since you mentioned it locks up only after you put in those things. Random lockups are one sign of insufficient power.

btw are you using some sort of active cooling on your CPU besides that Alpha HSF? How come the hardware monitor says that your CPU temp is lower than your case temp?

Alpha only, using WinME that issues the halt instruction when idiling. That is why my CPU is running cool. ANd the 10,000 RPM is heating up the case. Used to be like 30C.

RichieZZZZ I ran my athlon system with more stuff than you have now with no problems. But you might just burn the PS out after a few months. It's probally a good idea to upgrade anyways. I just got an Enermax 350watt for 50 47$ shipped @ computers123 they have some good prices there

Hmmn...but still, the CPU shouldn't be cooler than the ambient case temp, unless the case temp monitor is near some heat source, such as your SCSI drive.

What's the room temp like? 20C?
