Is my power supply good enough?

I just purchased an ASUS A7V133 to replace a dead MSI board, and a sticker on the anti-static bag states that I must use an ATX power supply of at least 200W, that can provide a 20A load on the +5V, and a 10A load on the +5VSB. It lists 24A as the load for the +5V, but lists nothing for the +5VSB.

The Power supply is a "MAX Switching Power Supply Model: 300W". I know nothing about the company who made it. It came with the case I purchased at a computer show. I decided to look up a few Antec PS's to compare, and they all deliver at least 30A load at the +5V, but only a 3A load on the +5VSB. Antec makes good power supplies, but still makes none that deliver the spec that my motherboard requires.

Anyone know what I should do?
