I need some help in determining wether a certain power supply is adequate for the computer i am going to build. Recently i have decided to build my first computer, but while thinking through any problems that could occur, I have been thinking that maybe the power supply isnt adequate enough for this computer. The power supply is an LCT brand 300 watt. I dont think its that great of a power supply therefor i am asking for your help in determining if it can handle this computer. What the comp is made of: MSI K7T PRO 2A mother board, AMD Athlon 1.1 ghz, Leadtek Winfast GeForce 2, 30.7 Maxtor HD, a bunch of other good things but with knowing all that and the fact that this computer will have a cdrw and live drive, do you think that it will consume more power than this power supply can handle ? I dont think its a name brand, i got the case and power supply at Computer Builders Warehouse(not too much quality there). If you could please answer my question it would be greatly appreciated.

The kt133 boards don't have the power issues of the older 750/751s. I've run them off as little as a HP 145. My personal system runs off a 200watt unit. I also own an enermax whipser 351 which is nice but basically has no advantage other than bragging rights.
