Is my power supply dying?

I've been using this my Corsair 750TX since May 2011, but today I plugged in a new 240GB SSD things and some issues came up. I booted my computer and one of my 6950's wasn't getting detected. Then after I rebooted, I couldn't detect one of my other SSD's. Does it sound like my power requirements have finally gotten too high? Prior to this, sometimes I would get random blue screens once in a week's worth of usage. I always thought there could have been an issue with the motherboard but I'm starting to think it may be the power supply. Any insight would be helpful.

Here's what I'm running:

i5 2500k
4gbx2 ddr3
pci sound card
two 6950's
dvd burner
probably about 4 USB devices
2 SSD's and a spinning drive
5 120mm fans
I'm also constantly using three monitors, two in 1680x1050 and one 2560x1440

Run it for a week with one less 6950. If it starts behaving normally, then you are probably correct about the power supply.
