Is my power supply dying? Can't get stable barton overclock.

I have an NF7-s rev2 w/ barton 2500+ (locked). I simply want to OC to 3200+ (change FSB from 166 to 200).

Other hardware:
Enermax 350W PSU
2 x 512 PC3500 Kingmax
1 x Radeon 9800 Pro
1 x 200 gb harddrive
1 x dvd writer
1 x cd writer
4 x Panaflo L1A case fans
1 x 92mm CPU fan
USB Devices: Wireless KB + Mouse, Canon Printer, Visioneer Flatbad scanner, USB Video Camera

Under full load @ 3200+ my CPU was at 43-44 C at stock 1.65V and when I would raise it to 1.75 temps would stay the same.... however, the computer would randomly reboot. Sometimes I would get an hour or so into Prime95 and it would blue screen/reboot and other times I'd be idling in Windows for 5 minutes and it would shut off instantly.

Using ABIT EQ and checking bios PC Health, my 3.3V rail is hovering around 3.28-3.30, my +5V rail hovers around 4.95, and my +12V hovers from 11.86 - 11.92. Is the Enermax finally starting to die? Do I have too much crap hooked up for a 350W? Why is my system stable @ 2500+ with same temps as 3200+ but has random reboots? Thanks!

1. Your powersupply could be going. If you can try swapping it.
2. It's possible you just got one of the new 2500s that can't make 3200.

yeah not every barton can OC and even if it can, it may not well. my friend has a unlocked one and can only it 2ghz.

Enermax are usually good PSUs

Well, after trial and error, and testing different BIOSes even, I've come to the conclusion that it's chip related.

The most stable performance I can get is 180 x 11 (1.98ghz) @ 2-2-2-6 @ 1.75 vcore, 2.8vdimm. Good enough for my web browsing / occasional homework =)

Get a Barton-M which is unlocked, should easily be able to hit around 2400MHz, and is fully unlocked (up to 22x on my NF7), then you can sell your old Barton. 🙂
