Is my power supply bad?

I have a Enermax EG475P-VE SFMA 470W power supply. I just installed it with my new MSI K8N Neo Planinum.

Here's what it's reading:

Vcore ---- 1.44V
+12.0V ---- 11.91V
+3.3V ---- 3.32V
+5.0V ---- 5.10V


What do you guys think? is my Vcore and +12.0V low or is this ok? Could my mobo be showing the wrong voltages since it can't seem to report the correct CPU temp?

looks quite normal, I don't think you should be worried.

It seems generally ok to me.

I use MBM to check my voltages. Oddly on my Enermax 431Watt PSU my +3.3v line is at 2.59v. Not sure if that is bad.
