4GB 2x2GB DDR3 1333MHz
XFX HD 4870 1GB GDDR5

Depends on the resolution, is there a reason why you only have 4 GB of ram btw?

and when i built this pc i was on a tight budget but i will be upgrading it soon

I don't see why your rig shouldn't be able to at least get close to running on High at that resolution. Not sure on it though.

Saw a video on youtube that showed a 4870 playing at 1920 rez around mid 20s on high and 1360 rez which is closer to yours at around mid/high 30s on high. Your cpu should be plenty of power. It looked pretty good.
