is my pc ready for BF3?

hi im new here and just finished upgrading my pc and was wondering if it would be able to run Battlefield 3 on ultra settings...and if not what upgrade should i get

Processor: B55 [3.2 ghz] phenom quad core (unlocked 555black edition)
Nvidia Geforce GTS 450
8Gigs of ram 1333mhz
500Gig HDD
Asus m4n68tm-v2
Psu Coolermaster 500watts

if more information is needed i will provide

What resolution are you playing at? 95% leaning that it will be a NO on ultra settings.

Ultra settings taxes my 4000 dollar setup at times....

Gotta agree, there's no way that thing is going to do well beyond minimum settings at that resolution. CPU is too weak for larger scale battles as well, and the GPU is a joke as far as BF3 is concerned.
