Is my PC infected with spyware?

I have Avira Antivir personal program install on my pc and few days ago it detected some virus from some pop up ad and i deleted it and now i noticed something weird on the bottom left of my firefox broswer it's saids something like read.a.images.blip.tv, transferring date from ad.doubleclick.net, transferring date 333.4555.445 <--can't remember the exact address. i know that when page are done loading it should say "Done" on the bottom left. i already scan it with malware program and it detect a few spyware i already deleted it, why happening, am i still infected, someone transferring and stealing my personal files?
 
Does it display that in every site or just the one you visiting at that moment? To me it just sounds like the site your visiting has an ad for Blip.tv and for whatever reason is hanging on that ad.

Yup, it sounds like a laggy ad server. I bet Adblock+ would get rid of that.
