I DONT KNOW WHY BUT EVERYTIME I TURN MY COMPUTER OFF IT TURNS ON BY ITSELF.. this situation is completely new so im not sure what it could be. The problem is intermitent so im not sure what happens.

Another thing is that sometimes when i turn my pc on ,in the post screen it says that the overclocking settings failed.. but i havent done any overclock setting so dont know why this happens...

I've seen a couple of weird situations where a BIOS setting to restart on power failure caused a machine to somehow interpret a power down as a loss in power and reboot automatically?

Because something is #&*@'d up, nobody here is your computer so you won't get anything ore spesific then that. Start troubleshooting your hardware, start with the PSU.

Yeah, obviously you need to delve into CMOS Setup and begin with resetting to default (or just clear via jumper/button/battery). Consult you manual &c. for any unfamiliar settings. The wakey wakey is prolly something to do with a suspend mode glitch or wake on LAN, &c.

This would mean your power supply is busted. Intermittent power is being send while on stand by. Your motherboard sees it as a power failure. Either than or your MSI board does like every other MSI board i've seen, it fails!

Unless you count chipset fan failures as board failures I've only had one (out of 20+) MSI boards fail.
