Is my Opty dying?

I have been running my opty 165 for the last 6 months at 2800 mhz(350 x 8). In the last 2 weeks, I have been getting random bluescreen errors, mostly related to the videocard(nv_mini.sys or something). Also when I reboot the system doesnt come on. So I have to turn it off for a while and then sometimes it loads up, other times it resets the clock back to 200(from 350). My idle temps are abt 38-40 degree C. The vcore was 1.45V

Now I lowered it to 250 x 9 and its working fine so far with just one blue screen which was related to nero.exe crashing.
 
It's hard to say, you might consider running a memtest on your RAM when running at 350 to see if that's the culprit.

I'm kind of in the same boat though I might be having a heat problem.
