Is my OCZ Modstream 520 missing a cable.

I just purchased the 520w version of the modstream, and my DFI MB needs the 12v ATX (4 pin) connector in order to boot. This cable is neither shows in the pic nor came in the box, but yet on their support forums, it says it should ship with this P4 connector? Anyone have any idea whats going on?

I have a modstream 520 and it came with the 24pin connector and the 4 pin connector. Those were unattachable as well.
