is my new LCD defective? Ghosting problem (video inside)

It's a new Samsung 931bw LCD but there are some issues with ghosting (or lag, whatever you call it) in certain situations:

It's not terribly obvious but kind of annoying when I see it.

Would you return this unit?

I'm not sure that is ghosting..... more like tearing. almost looks like there is v-sync issues

Yeah like the poster above me said, that's not ghosting.

What video card and drivers are you running?

My system is like that when I delete my old nvidia drivers.

I'm not what it's called either but basically you can see remnants of text as you scroll.

I tried different refresh rates (59,60,75hz) with similar results.

It's a GF4Ti running on XP with the most recent Nvidia driver. I just reinstalled XP yesterday but same results.

Is vsync on?

turn v-sync on and use a resolution with a 60Hz refresh.
