is my new LCD defective? Ghosting problem (video inside)

I'm not sure that is ghosting..... more like tearing. almost looks like there is v-sync issues

Yeah like the poster above me said, that's not ghosting.

What video card and drivers are you running?

My system is like that when I delete my old nvidia drivers.

I'm not what it's called either but basically you can see remnants of text as you scroll.

I tried different refresh rates (59,60,75hz) with similar results.

It's a GF4Ti running on XP with the most recent Nvidia driver. I just reinstalled XP yesterday but same results.
