Is my motherboard gone?

Ok, I have a Asus P4S533 motherboard with an 1.6A northwood. I recently tried to upgrade to the latest beta bios 1000.001 off their website. I did everything correctly and it told me the flash was successful. So i turn my computer off after I flash it and then the problems come.

I turned the computer back on and it will no longer boot. All the drives spin up and the fans spin up but the computer just sits there and my monitor does not receive the signal. I cleared the Cmos, didnt solve the problem. Took the battery out for 30 minutes, didn't solve the problem. Reseated my CPU, video card, and switched memory slots. Unplugged all my drives, then went one by one, didn't solve the problem. I'm pretty sure I hosed the mobo with a bad bios flash. Anyways, my mobo has a little voice troubleshooting thingy that is supposed to tell you whats wrong. It says "SYSTEM FAILED CPU TESTS". Is there anyway my CPU could have gotten damaged by this at all?

I really need answers fast because I'm going back to college tomorrow and need to buy a new mobo in about 4 hours or so.

Sounds exactly like my A7V333-RAID after it failed a BIOS update using their accursed Windows flash utility. Here is the telephone number to call, be ready to write down the RMA number from the recording:

In my case, the CPU was just fine. The board's BIOS was toast. Even a hot-flash using a healthy A7V333-RAID couldn't bring it back to life, so off it went to Asus.

the thing is this bios seems to have zero problems with everyone else. I mean it told me that it flashed successfully, i just dont get it. Nobody else has this problem with this beta bios, i just dont understand.

I'm sure the BIOS is not the problem, the flash simply failed.
