is my motherboard FRIED

I built computer for a office and well i had it all working last night. I wake up this morning and found out that it was in sleep mode (i was thinking).. Well i turn the power off and turn it back on and the computer speaker makes a weird noise and computer wont even show any VIDEO. ARG............

i tried a new CPU and it didnt work in the computer i unplugged everything thats not important and still no video or anyhting. I THINK MOBO is dead. BAH.. WTF? the video card i ordered to is dead (found out last night)(maybe the video card isnt dead just the mobo was???? anyone have any thing they can think of? i even replaced the power supply

System Specs

Soyo 7vca2 mobo (never had problems with 7vca series).

667 mhz celeron (maybe it being 1 mhz from 666 is bad luck eh?)

Some 2 video card

250watt powersupply

probably i had same thing happened with ABIT KA7 went to sleep mode and never woke up
RMA'ed the thing to Abit in June and never got it back i even had to pay abit $25 dollars err

About a month ago, I was playing Counterstrike, and right after I finished refreshing servers...bam, el fry-o. Comp displayed no video...so I RMAd it. Still haven't gotten it back, but I bought a cheap MSI k7t pro2a for the meantime.

luckily i just got the mobo so i just sent it back to mwave. i didnt want a replacement either since i had to have it by TOMORROW. damn i had to go to a stupid COMPUTER shop here and pay lots of money for one. SIGH
