The values are all out of whack. I don't know if this is normal or not.

Your settings are probably wrong or it can't read the outputs correctly. Use a digital multimeter to read the rails directly.

No no no no no, this happens all the time. The sensors are wrong. I once saw someone's 12v readout somewhere in the millions. He was going to invest in a nuclear power station before he asked in a forum and was put on the right track.
