i've got an Asus A7N8X 2.0 Deluxe. when i turn it on, everything looks powered though i hear no beep, therefore no POST. then i remove the video card and RAM and power on again. i still hear no beep. i already cleared the CMOS and all that stuff. so is it dead?

Sounds like it's the problem with the board, but I would test the board outside of the case to make sure it's not a grounding problem before sending it back for RMA>
