Is my monitor dying?

Okay. Here's the situation. I have a three year old Dell P990 Trinitron monitor. It's a great monitor and has served me well for the past three years. About three days ago, I noticed that the entire screen has this "jittering" to it. It is very slight, but if I look at it closely, I can see the image on the screen constantly moving slightly up and down. Maybe like a two or three pixel shimmer. I have my refresh rate set at 85 Hz, so I'm positive that the refresh rate is not causing it. Also, I haven't changed anything in my computer for a good two weeks, so I don't think any change is causing it. (My computer specs are in my signature link.) Is my monitor dying, or is there something I can do to fix this? (Also, when I first turn my computer on, the image on the screen appears to be blurry for the first four or five minutes.) Thanks for any advice I can get.
