My CRT monitor, which I have had for 6-8 years, has today gotten this vibrating, line that matches the color of what it's going over, and it's length is about from the top of the taskbar to the bottom part of the window of the Firefox browser, to put in perspective, and there is smaller, less noticible vibration at the top which goes away when I start a game. However, the bottom vibration will stay there, even when I start a game. Is my CRT monitor dying, or do I have a video card problem?
My video card is a Radeon X1900XT 512mb, I've had it since March 2006.
