Is my monitor dead?

I just tried to turn on my system this morning when all I could see on the screen was a bright horizontal line in the center of the monitor.

It's not my video card cuz I just plugged in my other monitor from my other system and it worked.

Its a very old 14 incher from Techmedia (no namer I guess)... just wondering if its done for..

The vertical sweep circuit has died. All that's left is the sad singin' and the slow walkin'.
