ok well i just called antec tech support. i can rma my psu and my warranty lasts for 3 years. im not so sure if its my psu though. the tech said the psu has an emergency shut off feature so that when it detects something is up it will automatically shut off and unplugging it for a few seconds will restart the circuit, so i could turn on my pc. he also said that motherboards have this feature.
so now im wondering if its my mobo or my psu. i replaces all my parts from my original computer back in so now im using the same computer. i just experienced it again when my pc shut off. so i cant be sure if its the mobo or the psu. ill try testing the psu on my brothers computer later.
what do you guys think? mobo or psu, which seems more logical? should i just rma my psu and see if it fixes the problem?
