is my mild OC causing errors in after FX?

ive been working fine in after effects, but ive noticed that when scrubbing through intense animation or rendering it, i sometimes get a "could not create 720x480 image buffer" if i disable some animated layers it goes away, but when i bring them back the error begins to appear.

should i remove the oc? other than that, temps are fine and so is stability.

well, simplest way to tell is to find some set of reproducible steps that causes the error, then run your CPU at stock settings and see if the error remains...

edit: google turned up this thread... one of the replies suggests that it might be caused by the system running low on memory...

aaah wow thanks, yeah i have 2gigs, but that makes sense...i usually have photoshop running a massive 300dpi image while using after fx. Guess ill have to purge, and slow down the multitasking.
