Is my memory divider hurting me much

I have a ASUS A8V Delux with a 3200+ running with a HTT set to 4 and the fsb at 250mhz. I am using Corsair Value Select DDR3200 memory with the divider set to 5:3. This runs my memory at 209mhz which is about as high as I can get it using the dividers available.

My question is, am I hurting my performance much? And, would I notice much difference in real world speed if I bought better ram that would run at 1:1?

Any thoughts would be appreciated, below is a shot of my CPU-Z

It's not going to hurt much at all.

Memory at 400 MHz

vs.

Memory at 600 MHz

And if you go async, maybe a 1-2% hit in the real world.

Since the memory controller is built into the CPU, its speed increases with the CPU clock. Overclocking the CPU is 98% of the game for A64 users.
