IS my MB in Dual DDR mode ?

I installed the memory in this order. Is it running in DUAL DDR ?
Memory Slot 1 Description [CHANNEL A DIMM 0]: 128Mb
Memory Slot 2 Description [CHANNEL B DIMM 0]: 128Mb
MB Computer is Dell SC400

My CD got broken in process of moving

Run CPU-z and in the Memory tab, look at what the Channel # box says. It should say dual...
