Is my MB dead ?

Hello,

my PSU died yesterday (paperclip test failed), so I bought and installed a new one. CPU/case fans are spinning, MB LEDs are on, but monitor displays nothing.

Actually, my video card fans are not spinning, even though the card heats up. I tried using the other PCIe slot, but to no avail. Then I tried with an older video card : fans are spinning for 1-2 secondes, then the stop; they also spin for 1 second when I power off the MB.

I also tried everything I could think of : putting the MB out of the case and disconnecting all my drives, reseating the CPU, clearing the CMOS, testing with different RAM modules, different monitors (SVGA and DVI), but it's still the same.

Is my MB definitely dead ? Could it be a CPU problem ? Did I skip something obvious ?

My specs :
Asus P6T
i7-920
Corsair RM850
Nvidia GTX-275

Yes, I plugged 2x 6 pins power connectors, as needed. I also tried with an older video card that doesn't require supplementary power.
