is my LCD dead??

came home today and one of my lcds is "off" but the light is green which means it should be displaying something. I turned it off and then on agian and I see a picture for about half a second. I've swaped cables. I have a second lcd which is the exact same model and swaped over the powersupply no luck. I pluged it into my second output on the video card which is working fine on my other monitor no luck. Its a Mag 15" lcd does anyone have any idea how leanent they are on warrenties the monitor is 6 mo old but was manufactured july 2001 which means if I can't come up with a receapt I'm screwed because its only a 1 year warrenty I beleave.

Any ideas would be great!!
