is my ink cartridge clogged

i cant tell if my cartridge is out of ink because its color and all three colors are in one cartridge.

i bought this refilled ink cartridge about 2 weeks ago. ive only used it to print four cd labels. then today, i print and thers no blue! could it be because the cartridge is clogged? if it wre running out of blue, then one of my printouts would show the blue fading away wouldnt it? but i dont have that problem. does anyone know of a way to fix it? i emailed the company but dont want to wait till monday for a response.
 
I think it depends on whether the printhead is part of the cartridge or part of the printer, but I'm not an expert. If your printer has such a function, there's nothing to lose by trying it.
