Is my IBM hd dying or is it something else?

I was playing a racing game with all of a sudden my computer rebooted. I rebooted and then when I tried to run the any program the not less than or equal to blue screen would pop up for just a second. Now when i try to boot is says that ntfs.sys is not there and to use the repair tool. Unfortunately the repair tool is messed up too. What should I do and what do you think? Thanks!!!

I ran the IBM diagnostic test and it came back with 0x00 on the quick test which means no errors. I will run the advanced test now.
