Is my I/O voltage too High?

I have a amd k62/366 2.2volt, My I/O voltage(3.3) is running at 3.54 is this to high? I have it set at 350.at 380 it is at 3.54 also.At 333 it runs at 3.44 Do I have a problem? Please let me know.Thanks for the replies in advance!
