Is my HS/F making good contact?

When setting up my Duron I put what I thought was a good amount of Arctic Silver and then put on my Alpha PEP66. The HS/F is never hot or even warm. The temperature probe hovers between upper 30s and mid-upper 40s depending on overclocking. Also I am in a A/C-less dorm room so the ambient temp is relatively warm to begin with. What do you think? Also at what temperature level should I begin to be concerned for the wellbeing of my Duron? Thanks

hey you went for the PEP66 then. Good choice.

Mine doesn't get warm either, apart from a tiny bit right at the base when running at 978.

They really are THAT good.
