I ran Crystal Disk Mark 2.2 on my WD Scorpio Black 160GB 16MB cache. Are these speeds good? Is this what I should expect from my HDD? Thanks

Looks pretty good to me for a 2.5inch drive (that isn't a velociraptor)


you can run www.hddscan.com to test the access times to sectors,

run the linear scan and watch the "map view"


you new disk should have no delays, and certainly not bads.
