Question Is My hard drive dying ?

So my pc will sometimes randomly lock up an the only way too correct it is to reboot with the power button. This especially happens when playing games my graphics card is fairly new so i doubt its the issue. I installed Hdd scan an this is the S.M.A.R.T report

Is it safe to say this is whats causing my issues?

That "Re-allocation sector count" raw value looks pretty nasty to me. I would replace the drive, after backing up what you can.

Also, a new GPU, could cause problems and shutdowns, if the PSU isn't up to it.

Suggest giving full PC specs, and whether or not this is an OEM pre-built, or custom-built, or what, and how old PC is, and how old PSU is.

Yea im gonna go pick up a new hard drive tomorrow. the psu an gpu are about a year old i should have clarified. None of these issues started happening until recently with no changes done to pc.

Definately looks like a drive issues. Amazon has WD Blue 1tb for $39 today, Seagate 2Tb for $50, both 7200rpm models.
