Is my GPU showing signs of failing?

This doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes I get flickering horizontal or vertical lines on my monitors and my screens on my monitors get shifted. The only way to fix this is a restart, and it's all good for a few days then it might happen again. I attached 2 pictures to show you how it shifts and the lines. I'm wondering if its some sort of interference or failing GPU. I already had to RMA twice.

My GPU is a Powercolor 6870. Any input is appreciated, thanks.

I hope it's just a driver problem but who can get that lucky. GPUs last about 3 years and then slowly die. This is called built-in obsolescence. Both AMD and nVidia realize that 90% of gamers are gonna upgrade their GPUs before the life dies out of their current GPU.

RMA it and insist on a brand new non-Saphire HD 7870.
