Hi I owe a Zotac GTX 770 AMP edition GPU. I hv a question to ask is my GPU is getting too hot or I hv a faulty GCard. I hv seen many reviews of my card they show idle Temp 33~34C on there benchmarks but my GPU temp in real marks on 36~39 or 40C. when i play games mostly heavy games like currently Lichdom SC Blacklist BF3 the temp goes high up. BF3 shows 59~70C , SCblack list shows 70~79C and in Lichdom it cross the limit of temp 83, 85 ,86 even touches 90C on full load using 2000MB(2GB). what to do? Plz help! I think itz something wrong with my card :| . I hv used MSI afterburner someone said to increase the fan speed but I thought it will harm my GPU so i leaved it in auto mode and also the fan uses 66% ~ 75% approx 1400 rpm.

I wnt to knw is it normal that my GPU reaches that much temperature.
and if it not normal then plz give me a solution how to cool itz temperature!:(

My Specs -
i5 2320 stock clock
PSU - Corsair 800GS
Cabinet - Iball Bullet
GPU - Zotac GTX 770 AMP
Ram - 8GB

Your temps seem fine to me,you can always increase your fan speed if you feel uncomfortable.and no it wont harm your gpu.im sure ive read this post before.:p

Judging from your post, I'm going to guess you're in India? In which case what is your ambient temperature like? Most reviewers have air conditioned labs where they shoot for 20-23C.

Your idle temperatures don't look unreasonable if you're in an environment where you have higher ambients. Your load temps aren't too bad either, though they are getting warm in the case of Lichdom. The card you're using is an open air card, which means it does require a case with good airflow. How's the airflow in your Bullet?

The 770 stock has a max temp of 98 C: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-770/specifications (bottom).

My cards (670 SLI) only really runs hot in one game, Far Cry 3. After an hour or two it touches upon 90, when I play at 85hz @ about 85fps continuously.

If you are running the game(s) at 120hz (with vsync) you could try to lower the hz to 100 or below. Or, if you play with vsync off, cap the framerate lower.

Anyway, I would not worry to much about it. :)
