Is my GPU dying?

My GPU isnt quite artifacting....but it IS artifacting. THere are no strange, randomly placed blocks. The screen doesnt go completely ballistic. But I do get some weirdness. Say theres a block of color or an imahe in the middle, I'll get bleed to the right of the image. I'll get some lines, best I can describe it, on the whole screen. BUt very very very subtle lines. More like the cable is loose than artifacting, but it ISNT loose.

Does that sound familiar to anyone? Is my card on its last leg? Its still works fine in every other way and Ive never experienced this before.

Need way more info. Card, system, any OC's...

EDIT:

And just so we get everything out of the way:

Vid Card, Drivers, OC's (system and video), temperature readouts (sys and video), any over volting. List entire system (PSU & age is probably largest importance).

Whoops. I forgot I had to edit everything out of my sig. Sorry.

It's a 5850, my whole rig is about 4 years old. My PSU is a 750 watt Antec earthwatts. Im on the latest CCC, my GPU idles at around 37. I manually control the fan and try not to let it get above 70. I dont overclock it, never have.

Dang 4 years... could be either the PSU or the Video card... I'd start swapping components starting with those 2.
