Is my Geforce3 TI200 fixable or destined to be returned?

I have a Leadtek Geforce 3 TI 200. I got it running in a new system I put together but one day I started getting BSOD constantly. So I reinstalled everything and now I constantly get a corrupt image. The display settings are at the lowest resolution with 4 bit color. And no matter what I do to change them, the settings never get changed and seem locked at the lowest level. Furthermore, when I try installing Nvidia driver or the stock Leadtek drivers, the computer crashes and is restarted. I know its related to the video card and not any of the other components because I have tried the buggy video card on other working systems and I get the same result.
