is my Duron 800 too hot? what's a good chassis fan?

I restarted the computer and the bios utility that came with my EPoX board says my cpu is running at around 43C/109F. Is this too hot for my Duron? My display and sound tend to lag after awhile, so could this have something to do with it?

I only have a PSU fan right now in my case, and I'm using the heatsink and fan that came with the retail Duron box...but do I need a chassis fan also? If so, what kind should I get?

That temp is perfectly fine. Not the coolest you can have, but not bad at all nonetheless.
