Headhog cooler+ arcticsilver

after playing hours of CS and D2
temp hits 43-45C
is it safe

when not playing games, it around 36C

Just as long as your not getting any errors your straight. There isn't really a safe or not area. Either way you go if you overclock you shorten the life of the cpu anyways. But just as long as your not getting any errors like I said earlier your straight.

if you start to get in the 55-60 range, it might be time to look for more cooling
untill then your a-ok

that temperature is fine. if you want it lower then perhaps you should look at increasing the ventilation/cooling of your case.

What are your ambient case/room temps right now?

If they're warm, your cpu temps are just fine.
