Is my CPU running too hot?!

Iwill mobo(kk266),GF2 GTS,90GB hdd(2X45 GB),1.33 t-bird(266 FSB),Volcano II fan + Arctic Silver II,2 case fans(1 in front sucking air in ,1 in back blowing air out)
My BIOS temp is showing with open case:
CPU 47C(116F)
Sys temp 33C(91F)
Do you think my temp's are too big?Keep in mind I didn't flash the BIOS yet so temp may increase a little bit>
I'm thinking to send the CPU back becouse of those high temp.
What do you think guys?
