Hi all, I've hit a wall with my overclock. I have a P4 3.06 @ 3.495 and can't get it any higher. Maybe I was being unrealistic, but I was expecting to get about 3.60 out of it. Currently my vdimm is 2.75v, vcore is 1.60v. I've played around with voltages and memory timings but can't get above 3.495ghz stable. My temps don't go above 40c at full load.

Do any of you have other suggestions to get higher? Or am I at the limit for this chip?
I realize that all cpus are different, but If anyone else has overclocked this chip I'd like to hear what speed you attained.

Probably hit the wall with it. My 3.06 maxed out at 3.45ghz. Thats a pretty good OC for an older northwood, and I found that in a lot of cases my 3.06@3.45ghz was faster than my prescott@3.82ghz, and ran way cooler. I wouldn't go any higher on the Vcore than 1.6, as voltages higher than that were known to kill northwoods. The only northwoods that seemed able to easily get to 3.6 were the 30 cappers that came out around the end of northwoods production.
