Is my CPU have CBO stepping?

I just got a FCPGA OEM 700MHZ PIII and was wondering if it was CBO. Here is what it reads:

Pentium III Malay
700/257/100/1.65V
Q021A215-0670 SL3XX

OEM Test Specification (S-spec)For 700 w/ cB0 stepping = SL3XX

I think the 2 thinking it was cA2 were thinking it was SLX blank blank, not XX
