If I don't get anything on screen, but the mobo is light up (Epox 8K7A) and FF (ready to go), and after swapping video card still no go, that means that the CPU is dead, correct, or what I'm missing that I can't see it.

Thanks and best regards

could be lots of things, motherboard, cpu, power supply, possibly even the ram.

might want to resit the ram just to make sure its not that.

The mobo is brand new, the other one it was screwed up by FedEx (sue is coming), I swapped the video and also the HDD, but I will try the memory now, if I get the system to go, because after I removed the cpu to clean up the mess, and resetting back, is no turning on at all. I'm thinking that PS also got screwed up as well.
Thanks

I will keep you posted
